GreenerMNL Movement
The GreenerMNL Movement is an advocacy spearheaded by the MNLGrowkits team. Its ultimate goal is to align agriculture into the lifestyle of millennials (and millennials at heart).
Set to be launched on October 27, 2016 (Thursday), the GreenerMNL movement is composed of both online and offline activities to create awareness and the inner pull to millennials so they seed the difference.
The hashtag #GreenerMNL will be used throughout the campaign.
Why #GreenerMNL
The #GreenerMNL movement is our way of doing something about our problem about pollution, climate change, and all those natural disasters attributed to us not taking care of Mother Nature.
Here at MNLGrowkits, we believe that actions speak louder than words. Together, we can all seed the difference -- one plant at a time.
Join the #GreenerMNL Movement
Apart from the cause we stated above, we also partnered with Tsaa Laya Mint Farmers from Kiangan, Ifugao. This ultimate goal of this partnership is to give these farmers additional resources to conserve and promote their terraces as the world's heritage sites.
In partnership with Novatech Group, we will donate certain amounts of organic fertilizer to a collective fund.
Every usage of the #GreenerMNL hashtag on social media at our greenified locations or any green / nature scenery with the caption "I am for a #GreenerMNL" will contribute 50 grams of fertilizer to this collective fund.
Basically, all you have to do is post something like this video (a photo is enough and you can post multiple times).

Together with our partner, Plöntur, we will greenify these locations to show that there is, and will always be, a place for greenery in our lives -- even in the city.
