IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. CUT-OFF for before Christmas Delivery/Pick-Up (GREATER MANILA AREA): Cut-off  is December 18, 2020 (Friday). All orders placed after December 18, 2020 will be processed when we resume our operations NEXT YEAR - January 04, 2021 (Monday). 

2. For orders outside Greater Manila Area: For orders that has outside GMA delivery addresses, our cut-off for before Christmas Delivery is December 15, 2020 (Tuesday). Due to the modified processes of our courier partners, we'll get in touch with you via SMS to confirm delivery cost prior shipping. 

3. Dispatching Schedule: Orders that are paid in full will be lined up for delivery first. We'll send an email once your orders are dispatched.

4. PICK-UP LOCATION: All orders will be coming from our VALENZUELA WAREHOUSE. Customers are responsible for looking & booking their preferred courier/logistics service. You can pin "Location X - ValenzuelaPH" in your courier's app to check rates. A separate email with pick-up instructions will be sent to you once your order is ready for pick-up.
